Сучасна світова економіка характеризується високою нестабільністю, прискоренням технологічних змін тa цифровою трансформацією. Для компаній системної IT-інтеграції інтелектуальний капітал (ІК) стає ключовим стратегічним активом, що визначає їхню антикризову стійкість і здатність до акселерації. В yмовах турбулентності традиційні фінансово-орієнтовані моделі управління виявляються недостатніми, оскільки основні ризики лежать у площині деградації знань та втрати людського капіталу. Мета роботи полягає y теоретичному обгрунтуванні специфіки антикризового менеджменту IК, виявленні проблем його реалізації та визначенні напрямів формування управлінської моделі для акселерації IT- компаній. У дослідженні використано системний підхід, структурно-функціональний аналіз, методи причинно- наслідкового та стратегічного аналізу, а також логічне моделювання. Встановлено, що ІК системних інтеграторів включає людський, структурний тa реляційний компоненти. Автори доводять, що антикризове управління ІК має носити превентивний характер, оскільки інтелектуальна криза часто має латентний та відкладений ефект. Виявлено основні проблеми: відсутність систем оцінки ІК, висока залежність від ключових співробітників та низька зрілість управління знаннями. Запропоновано концептуальну модель, що інтегрує контури превентивної діагностики, захисту активів тa стратегічної капіталізації знань. Акселерація компаній в епоху турбулентності можлива лише при переході до проактивної моделі, де збереження та масштабування інтелектуального потенціалу стає фундаментом сталого зростання.
