Summary

The article is devoted to the issue of studying the state of the world economy in the conditions of geopolitical fragmentation. The transition from globalization to “friend-shoring” and “reshoring” strategies is considered. The impact of increasing defense spending on the structure of public debt and economic growth is analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the changing role of CEO, who in the conditions of polycrisis are transformed from financial optimizers into strategic diplomats and architects of stability.
