Summary

Сучасний етап розвитку освіти характеризується глибинними трансформаціями, зумовленими переходом до людиноцентричної, компетентнісної та ціннісно-смислової парадигми навчання. У цьому контексті особливої значущості набуває проблема формування цілісної особистості педагога, здатного діяти не лише як транслятор знань, а як носій смислів, моральних орієнтирів та культурних цінностей.
