ТЕОРЕТИЧНЕ ОБҐРУНТУВАННЯ СТРУКТУРИ ТРЕНІНГУ РОЗВИТКУ НАВИЧОК ЕМОЦІЙНОЇ САМОРЕГУЛЯЦІЇ

У статті представлено результати теоретичного аналізу особливостей розвитку навички емоційної саморегуляції, як однієї з ключових навичок емоційної компетентності. Водночас обгрунтовується структура тренінгового заняття спрямованого на формування здатності регулювати власні емоції та стани. Аналізуються психологічні механізми управління власним станом та емоційними реакціями завдяки впливу на спосіб мислення й сприйняття, фізичний стан і поведінку. Відтак, описано структуру та основні компоненти тренінгу для розвитку навички емоційної саморегуляції завдяки підвищенню рівня усвідомленості, здатності розуміти й диференціювати власні емоції, а також змінювати інтенсивність їх прояву.
