Building upon the foundational CROSS Cycle Framework for multicultural IT team management, this study introduces an enhanced framework incorporating Communication-Fit (CF) and Value-Fit (VF) coefficients. Through comprehensive statistical validation using machine learning models achieving 95.07% predictive accuracy, we demonstrate that the integration of Hall Context Theory and Schwartz Value dimensions significantly improves cultural compatibility assessment. The enhanced framework introduces quantifiable measures for communication synchronization and value alignment, extending beyond traditional Hofstede dimensions. Statistical analysis reveals that Uncertainty Avoidance (39.15% importance), Power Distance (24.84% importance), and Individualism (22.19% importance) remain primary cultural predictors, while the new CF and VF coefficients provide actionable intervention points. Empirical validation demonstrates 18.7% productivity improvements, 40% reduction in cultural conflicts, and 25% enhancement in communication satisfaction when properly implemented. This advancement transforms cross-cultural team management from qualitative frameworks into measurable, data-driven intervention systems with demonstrated predictive validity and practical applicability across diverse organizational contexts.
