Summary

Cosmetics sold in the America, whether domestically produced or imported, must comply with the following regulations. These rules establish Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act) and Fair Packaging and Labeling Act External Link Disclaimer (FP&L Act).
