FORMATION OF A SYSTEM OF ECONOMIC MANAGEMENT OF INVESTMENT DEVELOPMENT OF ENTREPRISES: METHODOLOGICAL ASPECT

The article is devoted to the methodological aspect of forming a system of economic management of enterprise investment development. The theoretical content of the concept of “investment development management” as interpreted by domestic scholars is examined. The principles of economic management of investment development of entrepreneurial structures are identified, including: interconnection with the overall management system of entrepreneurial structures and its main components; comprehensiveness in the formation of managerial decisions; a high level of management dynamism; variability of instrumental support for the development and adoption of managerial decisions; alignment with and orientation toward strategic development goals of entrepreneurial structures; risk reduction; and consistency between the directions of investment activity and investment objects. The structural elements of the system of economic management of investment development of entrepreneurial structures are identified, namely: objects and subjects of management, investment policy and investment mechanism, the system of motivations and incentives, the monitoring and controlling system, as well as human resources support. Their characteristics are provided and their role is defined.
