THE DRIP - MODEL AS A TOOL FOR TEACHERS' PROFESSIONAL SELF-ASSESSMENT

The article examines the DRIP - model as a tool for professional self-assessment of teachers in the context of the transformation of modern education and growing demands on the quality of the educational process. The importance of reflective activity as a component of professional competence of teachers and a factor of continuous professional development is substantiated. The essence of the structural components of the DRIP model, their logical sequence, and practical value in pedagogical activity are revealed. The possibilities of using the model to form a conscious approach to teaching, improve the quality of education, and develop professional responsibility and pedagogical ethics are analyzed. The advantages and limitations of the model's application are identified, and the prospects for its integration into the system of teacher training and internal quality assurance in education are outlined. It is proven that the systematic use of the DRIP model contributes to the formation of a culture of pedagogical reflection, increased motivation for self-improvement, and the introduction of innovative approaches to the educational process.
