Сучасний розвиток будівельної галузі відбувається в умовах технологічних і інституційних трансформацій, зумовлених цифровізацією економіки, посиленням екологічних вимог та необхідністю підвищення ефективності використання ресурсів. Традиційні методи будівництва характеризуються високою матеріалоємністю, значними часовими витратами та залежністю від трудових ресурсів, що обмежує зростання продуктивності галузі.
У статті досліджено економічний потенціал адитивних технологій у будівництві в умовах цифрової трансформації та посилення екологічного регулювання. Проаналізовано передумови впровадження будівельного 3D-друку, зокрема низьку продуктивність галузі, дефіцит житлового фонду, нестачу кваліфікованих кадрів та зростання екологічних вимог.
Обґрунтовано, що поширення технологій будівельного 3D-друку створює передумови для формування нової парадигми розвитку галузі, заснованої на інтеграції цифрових технологій, автоматизованих виробничих систем і принципів сталого розвитку. Їх використання може сприяти підвищенню продуктивності будівництва, зниженню вартості житла та підвищенню інвестиційної привабливості галузі, особливо в умовах модернізації будівельної індустрії та відновлення інфраструктури.
