ДОСТУП ДО ПРІСНОЇ ВОДИ У СІЛЬСЬКИХ РЕГІОНАХ ЯК ЧИННИК МІЖДЕРЖАВНИХ КОНФЛІКТІВ У СУЧАСНОМУ СВІТІ

У статті проаналізовано проблему дефіциту прісної води у сільських регіонах як один із ключових чинників формування міждержавних конфліктів у сучасному світі. Обґрунтовано, що аграрні території є найбільш уразливими до водного стресу внаслідок кліматичних змін, зростання антропогенного навантаження та структурних диспропорцій у використанні водних ресурсів. Визначено просторові осередки загострення водної проблеми, окреслено механізми трансформації дефіциту води у геополітичну напругу та розкрито роль транскордонних річкових басейнів у формуванні конфліктогенних ситуацій. Зроблено висновок про необхідність інтеграції водного чинника у системи міжнародної безпеки та розвитку водної дипломатії.
